July - Sandpoint, Idaho

What was initially planned to be a road trip, turned into a flight (for us) to the NW to Sandpoint, ID for our annual summer trip with the De Leon's, Houser's, and Stone's. It was so good to see everyone & meet sweet baby Graeme, the Houser's newest addition. We also got to celebrate Brianna's 1st birthday! It was absolutely gorgeous scenery, the weather was beautiful, and the house we stayed in was right on Lake Pend Oreille, a HUGE lake. The Stone's made the trek from Seattle with their boat, so we got out for some cruising, swimming, tubing, and for most of us, only an attempt at wake boarding...Bryan, however, showed us all up!

The big boys - Andre, Isaac, Gavin

Dudes, doing what dudes do.

CoCo & the birthday girl!

Andrew & Brooke

We went to play at the Sandpoint beach a couple of times

Our best attempt of a kid shot!

Movie night with all the kiddos

Andrew, Braeden, & Brooke, all still in their jammies (so cute!) and VERY entertained watching the lawn being mowed!

We all ventured out for a hike not too far away overlooking Lake Pend Oreille

Unfortunately, our expectations were too high (Mike & I were so excited to get out on a hike!) and the kids weren't really in the mood...so we headed back earlier than some of the group

Check it out!!! Mike was up for about 5 seconds prior to wiping out (however, that's more than I  can say for me)!

This was after tubing...SO much fun!

Cocktail cruise with the ladies...thanks to our captain, Bryan (poor guy!)

All the kiddos!

Brooke & Braeden

so cute.

Love these peeps.

One afternoon we were out on the boat with Brooke and Braeden and a train went over the bridge when we were going under it...it was perfect timing and they loved it. We even got the conductor to toot his horn!
